The challenge
Given the event’s duration of just under a week, organizers needed a system that would facilitate access control. Additionally, they required a ticketing system with preloaded products, as, with Atlas Golden’s main sponsorship, they planned to sample and give away their products to special guests and attendees who subscribed during the ticket presale.
The Solution
mycashless, along with its Fastpass tool, provides the ease of preconfiguring ticketing by allowing the addition of different token quantities to each bracelet. Depending on the courtesies organizers wish to grant, personalized bracelets can differentiate between general and VIP entry, both in design and in the preconfiguration of tokens. Hence, each year, they work hand in hand with their young staff, who easily adapted to the system’s operations and devices.
The Results
The staff welcomed over 6.5k attendees during the carnival, achieving an ROI of 3x and an increase in profits of at least 35% compared to what they would have sold without the sales support of mycashless. Moreover, the staff achieved a 100% adoption of the system, resulting in minimal incidents. Sales went smoothly every day, and the event was very clean in terms of inventory reconciliation, sales, and reporting.
