The Challenge

Organizers needed information on the sales generated within the festival. However, the scale of the event, in terms of venue size and the number of attendees, made cashless® operations complex. This was due to the requirement for internet and robust infrastructure. Prior to 2022, all our competitors offering cashless solutions either declined or failed to complete the operation. Therefore, the decision to hire mycashless was made just 24 hours before the event, accelerating the logistics to implement the operation in record time.

The Solution

In collaboration with mycashless, efforts were made to successfully carry out the event, configuring over 1000 devices and strategically selecting them for resistance to weather conditions and long-lasting batteries. For the first time at Hell & Heaven, the event concluded with a cashless® system that does not require internet infrastructure, i.e., it operates offline. Part of the efforts included providing support for 20 continuous hours each day throughout the festival.

Hell & Heaven successfully concluded the operation with over a thousand devices active and functioning simultaneously, catering to an average of 50 thousand people per day for 3 days. For the organizers, it was rewarding to find a system that provided a good return on their investment and support from the mycashless team, available to address any issues throughout the 20 hours of daily operation. Additionally, they added the implementation of Dispatch to VIP areas to streamline service for special guests.
